Assessment of Foreign Higher Education

Applicants whose previous studies were undertaken abroad need diploma assessment. Documents that cannot be submitted in the digitally signed version or via certified conversion has to be sent by post.

In case the University has doubts about the sufficiency of the level, extent or content of the applicant’s previous foreign education as evidenced by the foreign document, or the result of the assessment is negative, the applicant will be required to request a nostrification.)

Positive assessment of foreign education in the admission process cannot be used as a general recognition of foreign higher education and qualification in the Czech Republic and does not enable the applicant to use the titles awarded abroad. For that purpose, a nostrification is required.
